Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Chicago location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
