Description
We are seeking a Plant Material Flow Analyst to join our Manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing daily and weekly production schedules for press lines, chemical treat, ink, heat treat, and sub-assemblies. You will also utilize the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule all lines and communicate production and shipping intentions to plant management.
You will follow up on customer shipments and distributions daily, support final balance outs and running changes to customers, track daily shipping status, daily parts follow-up, and min/max reporting to support production schedule. You will also coordinate shipments to and from all suppliers/warehouses, correct shipping transactions, and monitor/validate production counts and scrap transactions.
You will provide MP&L and production team with daily line-ups, perform cycle count analysis and control CMMS cycle entry, coordinate special counts to assure actual physical inventory balances match inventory records, assist with plant cycle schedule and count confirmation, respond to VO/PTO schedule changes, react to quality, shipping, and schedule changes, and assist in managing bailment activities as needed.
You will also attend daily production meetings and advise management on production schedules, involved with daily truck and rail car load plans, develop JIT window shipping times, develop and maintain customer product releases, experience with product billing and transaction resolution, knowledge of cycle process, inventory performance, and data, negative balance reconciliation, engineering change administration, supplier and customer release integration, production resource actions, set up material processing orders, bailment and consignment knowledge, and raw material ordering, receiving, scheduling, and aluminum scrap processing.
You will have a high school diploma/GED, 2 years of automotive manufacturing/stamping experience, CMMS experience, experience in production scheduling and distribution, strong communication and ability to work with production teams, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Bill of Material interpretation, experience with inventory process flow, experience with Cycles and Inventory Verification Program.

You may have Ford Stamping Experience, advanced CMMS experience, exceptional in production scheduling and distribution, advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, strong knowledge of Bill of Material interpretation, strong experience with inventory process flow, strong experience with Cycles and Inventory Verification Program.
