We're looking for a Managing Editor to bring operational excellence to Marie Claire UK. As a key member of the editorial team, you'll oversee content strategy, manage production across departments, and drive measurable results. You'll control the editorial budget, lead key operations aspects, and monitor content performance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an operational role, ideally within publishing, with expertise in analytics, e-commerce, or commercial projects, and budget management. You'll be able to provide self-direction, lead and inspire others, and work cross-functionally across the business.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £33,000 to £45,000, plus uncapped leave, a share of profits, and access to our Colleague Assistant Programmes. This is a hybrid role, working three days from the office and two from home.
