Job Purpose
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Valvoline Global Operations, you will be responsible for managing OEM, SHVC, export, and import sales orders. Your main goal will be to coordinate with internal and external business partners to fulfill customer requirements and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be in charge of digital platform management and training team members.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Manage the ordering process and SAP transactions for OEM/import/export orders (30% of responsibilities)
- Coordinate with internal and external business partners to fulfill customer requirements and solve problems proactively and in a timely manner (25% of responsibilities)
- Handle international order management, communicating with the global supply chain team to meet customer demands (15% of responsibilities)
- Coordinate and follow up on import/export orders, manage forwarders, and ensure compliance with processes (10% of responsibilities)
- Manage CSR and logistics digital platforms, including data analysis (15% of responsibilities)
- Provide digital support for supply chain operations, using systems such as WMS, EPOD, TMS, and dashboards (5% of responsibilities)
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Master's degree
- More than 5-8 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations
- Experience with export and import operations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with international trade and domestic trade
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PPT
- Fluent English
