Physical Therapist

At Team Rehab, we're seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent healthcare for our patients, ensuring they achieve good outcomes and are happy with their experience of physical therapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, which depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
