Job Overview As a Test Team Mechanic, you will contribute to workshop preparation, post-event teardown, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. You will also support pit stop operations, tyre changes, and garage organisation activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to car setup operations, including workshop preparation and post-event teardown.
• Assist in building, setting up, and maintaining car parts for test events.
• Support pit stop operations, tyre changes, and garage organisation activities.
• Carry out component changes, system checks, and routine servicing with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate build sheets, service records, and parts inventories.
• Ensure all components meet standards for performance, safety, and presentation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with F2-F3 international racing series or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bespoke vehicle setups.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel globally and adapt to dynamic schedules.
• Available to travel extensively as required.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

Salary Information The minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C2.
