Dealer Analyst

Job Purpose

The Dealer Analyst position provides customer support to dealership parts managers, assisting them through phone and email contacts. The role involves researching and resolving parts-related inquiries from dealerships, ensuring accurate processing of claims, and providing timely feedback on credit issues. Additionally, the position supports internal DPSM's field operations and ensures dealer compliance with Parts System Guide (PSG) policies.

Key Accountabilities

• Parts ordering: investigate availability, pricing, color code, and order status; process manual OAR claims and investigate dealer rejection disputes
• Monitor and respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email
• Identify and resolve publication and parts errors
• Communicate with dealers regarding parts quality and manufacturing-related issues
• Coordinate group concerns and assist dealers with complex technical questions

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• High school diploma; one to two years of college preferred or work-related experience
• One plus years of customer service experience preferred
• Good written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications and AHM software/applications
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
