Store Manager - Lush Napoli

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Napoli store, which is strategically located on one of the city's main streets, with high tourist and international foot traffic. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and building a strong team culture. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, work autonomously, and put your personal stamp on the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, creating a welcoming, dynamic, and engaging sales environment.
• Drive sales growth through analysis of key business indicators, setting targets, and maximizing performance through events, parties, and local initiatives.
• Monitor sales trends and local customer needs, adapting opening hours and staff planning to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Ensure the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and updated with product displays in line with sales trends and seasonal changes.
• Manage the store's financial aspects, controlling personnel, operational costs, and stock levels to maintain healthy and sustainable profitability.
• Select, train, and develop a diverse and talented team, ensuring each member is prepared to achieve sales and service targets.
• Create a positive work environment through effective communication, regular team meetings, and promoting work-life balance, promoting safety and well-being within the team.
