Description
In this position, you will join Ford's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team, which creates innovative solutions to make the driving experience safer, easier, and more enjoyable for our customers. As an ADAS Feature Software Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver feature Simulink models to meet feature level requirements and integrate within the production embedded software environment.
You will work with a team of system, hardware, software, and controls engineers to deliver concept and production level software. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test cases for MIL/SIL verification of feature model function and evaluating feature model behavior and impact on customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, System Engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience with software development using MathWorks toolchain (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow) in the automotive domain or similar complex electromechanical systems.
