Senior Staff Engineer, Enterprise SaaS Platform and Automation

We're hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to join our Enterprise SaaS Platform and Automation team. As a member of this team, you will design and build agentic systems that automate the full SaaS application lifecycle, architect and implement automation and integration solutions across various enterprise SaaS platforms, and develop AI-powered support automation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building agentic systems that automate the full SaaS application lifecycle, including onboarding, provisioning, support triage, and offboarding.
• Architecting and implementing automation and integration solutions across Microsoft 365, Slack, Glean, and other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Developing AI-powered support automation, including intelligent triage, self-healing workflows, and proactive issue detection.
• Engineering vendor integration frameworks that automate data flows, contract triggers, and operational touchpoints between NVIDIA systems and SaaS vendors.
• Developing and deploying MCP-based integrations and AI agent pipelines that surface insights, automate decisions, and enable employees to get more done with less friction.
• Instrumenting platforms for observability, including building dashboards, alerts, and analytics that give the team and leadership real-time visibility into SaaS health, adoption, and cost.
• Partnering with security and compliance teams to ensure automated workflows meet enterprise standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with a track record of building production-grade automation systems, integrations, or platforms at enterprise scale.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Python, APIs, event-driven architectures, and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, or agentic systems.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Slack, and Glean.
• Strong systems thinking and clear communication skills.
