Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our newest location at Seter Parkway in Fargo. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. You will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
Your responsibilities will include: Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards. Documenting client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishing therapeutic plans and modifying them if necessary. Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. Knowledge of and utilizing appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents. Demonstrating and incorporating knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
You may treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. You will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. You will also participate in activities to promote the department, Good Samaritan Society, and Sanford Health.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $33.00 - $52.00 per hour. You will be required to have a valid driver's license and obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
