Summary
Microsoft AI are looking for a talented Service Engineer II to join their team in Mountain View. This role will involve providing advanced technical support for Microsoft online advertising global sales teams with a primary focus on technically supporting paid search results that appear on Bing and other web properties such as AOL and Yahoo!. The individual that will succeed in this role will have experience in and a passion for customer service and team relationships.
About the Role
As a Service Engineer II, you will perform deep technical investigations to solve complex performance issues for Microsoft Advertising customers and partners. You will act to prevent user, partner and customer quality risk issues through industry awareness, new feature risk analysis, progressive policy influence, pre-launch partner quality reviews, fraud/ DSAT trend identification, platform feature recommendations and business quality advocacy. You will also contribute to product improvements by filing bugs and design change requests, and help developers fix and ship them to production. You will drive root cause analysis and service improvements in close partnership with several Engineering teams.
Accountabilities

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 2+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in developing tools and automation in C# to improve operational efficiency.
Personal attributes:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
