Sales Manager, Mid-Market - UK

Reddit is seeking a talented sales leader to grow and develop its Mid-Market UK Sales team.

The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing ecosystem, has successfully built and delivered on a strong Mid-Market book of business, and can effectively coach, support, and motivate teams of sellers to succeed within ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for the UK market, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients.
• Build a strong sales culture, leading the team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor.
• Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support the team's sales efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and establish Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets.
• Represent Reddit in the UK market by speaking at key industry events.
• Lead on broader EMEA Mid-Market projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders.
• Expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated career progression in prior roles.
