OpenText Exstream Developer

A skilled OpenText Exstream Developer is required to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream v16 or higher. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality communication solutions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex communication templates using OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Empower Editor.
• Implement data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic to create personalized and dynamic content.
• Configure and manage output formats including PDF, AFP, HTML, XML, and others.
• Work on CCM delivery channels such as print, email, SMS, and web portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of communication solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale CCM implementations.

Requirements:

• Overall Exp: 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher).
• Exstream Cloud Native (CN) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Design Manager, Empower Editor, data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic.
• Expertise in output formats: PDF, AFP, HTML, XML.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of CCM delivery channels (print, email, SMS, web portals).
