Job Summary
The Account Manager will help clients grow and realize the Flexport value proposition by deeply understanding the client's supply chain and partnering to find solutions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to empower clients and deepen the relationship with Flexport.
- Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health and find ways to improve their experience.
- Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Monitor client financial health and ensure consistent payment schedules.
- Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures.
- Guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities and clients.
- Monitor client metrics data and work with Global Operations teams to address escalations.
- Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews with clients.
- Drive product adoption with client stakeholders.
- Review and document client success criteria.
- Continuously expand knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Use data to monitor the health of the book of business.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/account management or a client-facing role.
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred.
- Client-centric with strong problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, process-oriented, and structured thinking.
- Deeply curious and detail-oriented.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record of selling products.

Salary
The base gross salary range for this position is €35,200-€48,400 EUR.
