Trainee M&A and Strategy (all genders)

You'll join the M&A team at Holidu Hosts France SAS, the engine behind the company's growth through acquisitions. The team has completed 14 deals to consolidate Europe's vacation rental market and is looking for someone to help drive future growth.

Your role will involve:

• Sourcing the pipeline: running market maps and screens to identify targets
• Building the investment case: evaluating opportunities and preparing materials for the investment committee
• Executing live deals: owning workstreams across due diligence and deal execution
• Integrating acquired companies: leading post-merger integration as a cross-functional project manager
• Scaling the M&A process: helping to define and improve the M&A process as deal velocity increases
• Rotating in adjacent growth teams: optionally spending time in other functions that interact with M&A

Requirements include:

• A top-of-class degree in a business, STEM, or quantitative field
• Relevant experience such as internships at a bank, PE/VC fund, or top consultancy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong German and English language skills
