Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our company is at the forefront of technological innovation, and we are dedicated to driving efficiency, defining platform architecture, and optimizing the performance of our infrastructure both on-prem and in the cloud.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the architectural vision for a massive global platform and spearhead the operationalization of our internal frontier-class AI inference systems. You will define platform architecture, operationalize frontier AI infrastructure, drive strategic capacity and scale, build the 'paved road', and lead complex migrations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You will also need to have 15+ years of proven experience in compute platform engineering, site reliability, or systems architecture with a heavy focus on automation at massive scale.

Key skills required for this role include deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, designing and deploying virtualization architectures, in-depth knowledge of hardware technologies, experience running large global environments, proficiency in programming languages such as Go and/or Python, and strong leadership skills.

If you are a creative and autonomous individual who is passionate about leading complex projects and driving innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
