Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant supports the financial close and reporting cycle across Flow's KSA entities. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role ensures the accuracy of the general ledger, financial statements, and monthly management reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Performing general ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities.
• Coordinating with the AP and AR teams to ensure accurate recording of payables and receivables.
• Supporting the month-end close by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and financial records are complete.
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
