Description
We are looking for a telephone operator to join our team at Porsche Centre Hannover. As a telephone operator, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, forwarding customer inquiries to the relevant departments, documenting the results of forwarded conversations, maintaining customer data, and responding to live chat inquiries.
Your tasks will include:
- Answering customer calls and providing a personal welcome and service
- Forwarding customer inquiries to the relevant departments
- Documenting the results of forwarded conversations
- Maintaining customer data by scanning documents
- Responding to live chat inquiries
