GTM Recruiter, AMER (Fixed Term)

Stripe is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join their recruiting team in Chicago, working remotely. The recruiter will play a crucial role in building the culture of Stripe by aligning top global talent with the company's highest impact business needs.

The GTM organization at Stripe encompasses Sales, Marketing and Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. The successful candidate will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about talent trends
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports to business leadership
• Propose and implement creative and scalable changes to the existing recruiting strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making processes
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent
• Proven ability to utilize data insights to refine recruiting processes
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with sourcing and CRM tools
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools
