We're strengthening our team with a new position as a Neuwagen-Disponent (New Car Disponent).
As a leading automotive trading group with over 59 dealerships in five federal states, we aim to make the fascination of cars palpable for our customers. To achieve this, we need employees like you!
Your tasks will include ordering new cars directly from the manufacturer, Porsche, maintaining and updating records of new cars, and checking them for revision safety. You will also enter sales contracts into the dealer management system and verify the sales calculation for accuracy and plausibility. Additionally, you will create customer invoices taking into account agreements and conditions, process leasing and financing contracts, and apply for premiums and subsidies from sales promotions. Finally, you will handle commission processing for sales advisors.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training with a successful outcome and 1-2 years of experience in the disposition department of an automobile dealership, preferably with Porsche.
- Convincing planning and organizational skills.
- Good numerical understanding and analytical thinking.
- Service-oriented, reliable, and accustomed to working in a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge and safe handling of MS Office applications.
