Ejecutivo Premier

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ejecutivo Premier to join our team in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico State. As an Ejecutivo Premier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Mass Affluent Advance and Premier clients, offering personalized advice and guidance to meet their financial needs in the short, medium, and long term. Your primary function will be to retain and grow your assigned client portfolio through effective communication, relationship-building, and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level service to clients, addressing their daily financial requirements and offering tailored advice to meet their financial needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial sector
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Premier products and services
• Certification in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, financial markets, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English and Spanish
