Description
We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at the East Grand Forks Clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
You will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease. You will also educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
Our team includes specialty-trained therapists, and we prioritize mentoring. Your caseload will include referrals for outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and women's health.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
- Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary.
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents.
- Demonstrate and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
Requirements:
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
- When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
