Description
The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This labour-intensive role involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
Responsibilities include merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics. You will also rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit. Additionally, you will pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
Other duties include ensuring all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards. You will also maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness. Furthermore, you will support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
The role requires you to communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs. Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers is essential to support strong in-store execution.
You will need to be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays, and travel 0-10% of the time. A valid US driver's license and reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage are required. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous.
