As the world's leading cruise line, Princess Cruises is seeking an Activity Staff to join our team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lasting memories by consistently delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards and health and sanitization protocols. This includes creating positive connections, emceeing key activity and entertainment programming, and supporting a guest and teammate-centric culture that increases Net Promoter, profitability, Service Excellence, and drives a safe and healthy environment in accordance with HESS protocols.
The ideal candidate will be a natural performer who can create, host, train, promote, emcee, and assist all activities and events, creating an engaging and entertaining experience for guests. They will also be responsible for collaborating with onboard teammates to provide reliable information and updates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
In addition to their core responsibilities, the Activity Staff will be expected to arrive at events at least 15 minutes early to ensure efficient setup and engage with guests, and prioritize performance standards set out by the Cruise Staff Tier Program.
