Description
We are working on cutting-edge autonomous airpower systems that need to operate in the most demanding environments. To support our development and deployment tasks, we are building a Model-Based Systems Engineering team to guide Digital Engineering strategy and complement our Modeling and Simulation, Product Engineering, and Business Development teams. This team will provide Model Based Systems Engineering artifacts which will be used in support of product development, delivery, and sustainment of advanced mission autonomy systems.
As a Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for developing and integrating complex systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including internal programs and external customers, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also participate in the development of our Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field, with a focus on AI/ML and autonomous systems. You should have at least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong understanding of algorithm design and implementation for autonomous systems. Experience with AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision, is also required. Additionally, you should have experience with mission systems integration, particularly for AI-driven decision-making systems, and a strong understanding of sensor fusion techniques and their application in autonomous systems.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugin for Cameo MagicDraw and INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification.
