Join our team as a Physical Therapist and play a vital role in helping clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease. You will utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards and document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation.
You will establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary, educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. You will also demonstrate and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
This role requires a Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, organises and delivers physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
- Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
- Utilises tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
- Documents client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation.
- Establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them if necessary.
- Educates clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Demonstrates and incorporates knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of client's/patient's/resident's progress.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new developments in physical therapy.
Requirements:
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
- When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
