SAP S/4HANA Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 10-12+ years of work experience in consulting, delivering S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on SAP Controlling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving full lifecycle implementations with a focus on SAP Controlling
• Leading solution design across cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, margin analysis, project system, and material ledger
• Guiding decision-making on process design, optimization, and controlling integration with other modules
• Ensuring adoption of S/4HANA best practices and simplifications
• Supporting ECC to S/4HANA transition strategies
• Managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in complex environments
• Mentoring and managing SAP consultants

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10-12+ years of SAP experience in Management Accounting processes and configuration
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance data model and CO simplifications
• Experience managing complex, large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants
• Experience in bid proposals
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Language skills: fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel: around 25-30% of the time, depending on the project
