Financial Analyst

You will join Electronic Arts' Finance team in Hyderabad, working closely with the business to drive profitable growth and create amazing experiences for players. As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager, FP&A and be responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting. You will assist the onshore services team in monthly and quarterly forecast and annual planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables. You will also be responsible for discussing plan and forecast numbers, loading them into the system, and providing commentary for major variances.

In addition, you will have a keen eye for detail, particularly in situations where cost reduction is necessary, and make recommendations to leadership. You will work directly with global business partners and help them with daily finance ad-hocs. You will also create new Power BI reports whenever there is a business team request for a new report or information.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of finance and accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. You will also need to be highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
