Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
• At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
