Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our energetic, family-oriented and customer-focused multi-disciplinary team at Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI. The successful candidate will work part-time (.6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period) with flexible hours to be discussed with the manager.
The outpatient rehab center has private evaluation and treatment rooms, a large gym area with contemporary exercise equipment, and the modalities and tools needed to ensure all patient needs are met. The facility is also adjacent to a state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot medical-based fitness facility available for treatment options, as well as pre-and post-therapy program continuation.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide high-quality patient care and therapy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
