This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You will have the opportunity to turn information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation and help the company achieve tremendous growth.
Work closely with the product and engineering team to define key metrics and answer important questions. Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing). Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why. Communicate results and influence stakeholders, be the trusted thought partner for the product and engineering team.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in product analytics in a consumer (B2C) product company. Experience with designing, analyzing, and iterating on A/B tests is a must. You should be an expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R. Proficiency in applying statistical concepts to analyses is also required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. You should be able to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to tie the micro and macro views together are also highly valued.
Experience with Periscope, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely are a plus. Creating and tuning ML models is also a plus. Fintech or payments experience is a plus.
