Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in networking to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with other NVIDIA SW and SW architecture teams, pre-sale teams, and industry-leading architecture and R&D teams to develop leading software solutions and stacks. Your primary responsibilities will include working with top NVIDIA customers' R&D teams to get familiar with their applications and needs, building cutting-edge POC prototypes that can later be productized and delivered, and taking a major part in software development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related discipline, 6+ years of practical experience, strong C/C++ programming skills, experiences using C/C++ in Linux (user and/or kernel modes), good networking knowledge, and familiarity with L2 bridging, L3 routing, and protocols. Knowledge of RDMA, congestion control, collective communication, and kernel is an advantage.
As a self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, you will be able to work with little definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives.
