Yes, we know, those are big words. But perhaps it's not too far-fetched to call ourselves the pioneers of the post-milk generation, because after all, we did invent the modern oat drink back in the 1990s. And let's face it, oats have become the favourite among plant-based drinks, while our Barista Edition has become the best-selling product under the milk alternatives category, topping both hip specialty cafes and fans' fridges.
From our Berlin oat centre, we oversee all activities for the DACH region and Poland, cappuccino-sipping our way through it all. You can imagine our great team with its individual departments as puzzle pieces coming together to form the interconnected gears that drive the plant-based movement. We want to move more people towards a planet-friendly diet, all with a wink, but without the cow.

Your Responsibilities:
- Make sure customers in your Berlin area don't overlook us - second-place rankings, advertising materials, shelf placement - You have the design of our in-store presence in supermarkets under control, but also the occasional Oatly 6-pack. In other words, you're not afraid to pack or unpack cartons - You visit markets in your region daily and are in close contact with local point of contact - If there's ever a shortage of our products in a market, you'll make sure that changes - After the visit, before the visit - You keep track of your successes and tasks in our CRM tool
Your Profile:
- You love talking and with your charming personality, you'll convince everyone in conversation, maybe even say they're stuck to the wall - Approaching people is no problem for you, whether it's a grumpy Monday morning person or happy people - Ideally, you already know the LEH, including its highs and lows - if not, that's okay too - You organize and structure your day, week, year - in short, you never lose sight of things - The cherry on top would be if you're familiar with programs like the Office package and a CRM tool - You live in Berlin and have a class B driving license
What we absolutely want to get off our chest: The car for your round trips comes from us and can also be used privately. And if you're away for a bit longer, we'll make sure you get a cozy hotel bed.
