Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive HR advisory service. As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence. You will provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability. You will also advise on high-risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation. Additionally, you will oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests. You will build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business and analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions. You will mentor People Advisors and support onboarding, and deliver ER training and contribute to policy development.
