Student Marketeer

We are looking for a Student Marketeer to join our team in Manila or Cebu, Philippines. As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador programs in the world.

Your main goal will be to drive the Red Bull brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region. You will be responsible for reaching new consumers, exciting university students, increasing sales, and managing the Red Bull brand at your campus.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
• Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
• Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
• Be a credible product and brand expert, knowing our product ingredients and brand values.
• Work at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus.
• Collaborate closely with our sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull and leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep us top of mind with everyday consumers.
• Identify distribution opportunities on and around campus, passing these onto local sales team.
• Assist local sales team to ensure perfect distribution and visibility on and around campus, and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
• Show love for the details in all areas of your role in order to deliver executional excellence.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online.
• Report in a timely manner and provide local insights, trends and overall opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college in Manila or Cebu (De La Salle University, Mapua University, Far Eastern University, National University-Manila, University of Talamban, Cebu Institute of Technology, University of Cebu, University of Visayas).
• At least 2 years left in university.
• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
• Driver's license.
• Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people in many occasions.
• Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region.
• Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
• English, Bisaya (for Cebu), Tagalog (a plus for both Cebu and Manila).
• Travel 10-20%.
