Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers, product managers, and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability, and scalability.
- Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets the specifications.
- Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues.
- Review product specification, FAQ, and documentation for accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions.
- Test user interface and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Learn and understand the customer supply chain and manufacturing processes, problems, needs, and objectives and propose systems solutions to meet their requirements.
