Manager, Data Center Operations Accounting

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Data Center Operations Accounting to join our team at CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI. This role involves managing operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for our critical AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage internally labor capitalization processes supporting both internal software development and fit out of data centers.
• Prepare reporting and analysis on capital expenditures to inform senior leaders and drive operational decisions.
• Manage power accrual and data reporting processes.
• Enhance processes for scalability and greater automation.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years' accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA).
• Experience with large data sets and ability to simplify information.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Base salary range: $115,000 to $153,000.
