Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll and time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity and patient care standards.
• Support team development and manage the full employee performance cycle.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources.

Qualifications
