Description
As a Treasury Manager at Gusto, you will help lead the Treasury team in managing financial resources and day-to-day functions to meet cash and financial obligations.
You will liaise with internal teams, including Payments, Risk, Product, and Accounting, as well as external banking partners, solution providers, and portfolio managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing treasury industry knowledge and best practices
- Building out enhanced liquidity forecasting tools
- Modeling liquidity usage and related returns
- Developing internal cost of funds programs
- Exploring new product offerings from internal and external service providers
- Consulting with internal business lines on existing and new products
- Engaging with external credit providers and fixed income portfolio managers
- Managing money movement and payment types, including ACH, wire, real-time payments, and stable coins
- Initiating banking transaction process improvements
- Maintaining bank account governance and controls
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to facilitate new product implementations
- Leading and facilitating treasury projects
Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a shared service Treasury environment
- Experience with payment operations, risk/credit, and banking partner activities
- In-depth knowledge of money movement and payment types
- Experience with credit facilities and lending solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $140,000/yr to $170,000/yr in Denver and most remote locations, and $163,000/yr to $202,000/yr in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
