Description
We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier IT support to Anduril employees across classified systems. The successful candidate will install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air-gapped classified IT systems consisting of a variety of operating systems and hardware.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing on-call, on-site IT support in accordance with a predefined schedule
- Writing instructional documentation and conveying highly technical ideas in non-technical terms
- Performing security hardening of systems using DISA STIGs and other best practice security guidelines
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows workstations, Windows servers, and Linux operating systems
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing classified IT enterprise systems and solutions. They will also have experience with physical hardware, building, deploying, and troubleshooting air-gapped IT systems, and working with automation and implementing solutions in an air-gapped environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with Information Assurance and Security teams to maintain and enhance system integrity and compliance. They will also have familiarity with NIST 800-53, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other Technical Security Concepts.
The salary range for this role is $113,000-$149,000 USD, and the company offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including competitive equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
