As a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, you will be part of a dynamic team of ambassadors for the brand and its products.
Your role is to understand the target audience and be responsible for promoting the brand image, representing and understanding the products in your area of work.
Your goal is to reach new consumers, engage students, increase sales, and manage the business in your assigned city or region. This includes direct contact with consumers, product distribution, and working on Red Bull's unforgettable events.
As a Student Marketeer, you will enjoy the flexibility of the job and appreciate working in a creative atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for the brand and its products, living the values and characteristics of Red Bull and the company.
- Increase customer base by introducing consumers to the product and its benefits at the right time and place, answering consumer questions professionally.
- Create and implement a targeted innovative plan of activities on the faculty and around it, which will present a positive image of the brand to students.
- Connect, establish, and maintain contacts with key individuals.
- Use authentic Red Bull content on social media to inspire others.
- Ensure an unforgettable experience for consumers through work on Red Bull events or those we support, while also gaining excellent experience for yourself.

- Plan and report precisely and on time about your activities through an appropriate platform.

Sales Expertise:
- Build relationships with local sales managers and ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the sales sector to expand the distribution of Red Bull within your faculty, city, and wider.
- Use available resources from the Red Bull world to make our products the first choice for customers.
- Ensure excellence in implementing established sales standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, and positive personality
- Great approachability, with the ability to connect with different people in various situations
- Knowledge of student life, different faculties in your city and region, including student activities and popular places
- Creative way of thinking and entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of responsibility and self-initiative
- Ability to balance work and studies, being available for occasional evening and weekend work
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
- Connection to various influential groups and individuals on faculties
- Loyalty to the Red Bull brand and its products
- Student status
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent English language
