We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Avondale location. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies
