Description
Join our team as an Operations Graduate and take responsibility for coordinating inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
Your tasks will include tracking shipments, optimising logistics efficiency, and supporting performance reporting. You will also assist in supply and demand planning, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and contribute to S&OP processes to align operational strategies with business goals.
As an Operations Graduate, you will use tools like PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud to analyse workflows, create dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will participate in tenders, logistics updates, and special projects aimed at enhancing supply chain capacity and delivery performance.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written) is also necessary.
This role involves travel, with a maximum of 10% of your time spent on the road.
