Description
As a Praktikant (m/w/d) interne Kundenbetreuung & Digitalisierung at Porsche Leipzig GmbH, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and support our team in various projects and tasks.
During your practical training, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting digitalization projects in the area of customer service and support. You will also be involved in the development of new, efficient solutions and contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into existing business processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in working organization, process optimization, and digitalization. You should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field and at least 3 semesters of study experience. You should be able to work independently and have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
The practical training will last for 6 months and will start on August 15, 2026. You should be enrolled at a university during the entire duration of the practical training.
