We're seeking experienced registered dietitians to join our network and deliver synchronous patient visits for individuals navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. As a midlife registered dietitian, you will conduct video visits with patients, provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care, and work closely with patients in a multi-week program format.
Responsibilities: You will conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. You will provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via text, app messaging, phone and video calls to facilitate lifestyle change and enhance patients' wellbeing. You will work closely with patients in a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and sustained behaviour change in patients experiencing perimenopause. You will maintain timely and accurate documentation. You will follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo.
Requirements: You must be a national certified registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state. You must have a minimum of three years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for patients with conditions such as metabolic syndrome, weight loss and body composition changes, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health concerns, and plant-forward/plant-based diets. You must be comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems. You must have strong clinical judgement with the ability to work independently during patient visits.
Credentialing Process & Next Steps: Our team will guide you through the credentialing process, which includes meeting with our recruitment and clinical teams for video calls, providing proof of licensure and personal liability insurance, enrolling with commercial health plans in Massachusetts, and completing a background screening.

We handle credentialing, billing, and administrative support for visits conducted through Pomelo. We provide patient matching and scheduling support based on your availability, licensure, credentialing status, patient demand, and applicable payer or clinical requirements. You will have access to administrative and technical support to navigate Pomelo's systems, as well as documentation support for visits conducted through Pomelo. You will also have access to optional case consultations, provider forums, and clinical updates. You can maintain your flexibility by choosing the days and times you make yourself available for Pomelo patient visits. You may accept or decline available visit opportunities, and Pomelo does not guarantee any minimum number of visits, patients, or compensation.
Compensation: Dietitians are compensated on a per-visit basis. Rates may vary by visit type, visit length, visit timing, payer requirements, and other programme factors. Pomelo does not guarantee a minimum number of visits or earnings. Based on current visit rates and typical visit lengths, completed visits may result in approximate earnings equivalent to $50.00 to $65.00 per active visit hour.
