Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or truncated)
- At least three years of experience in banking operations (products)
- At least three years of experience in Sales
- At least three years of experience as a Relationship Manager and Segments
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of markets, external regulations
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Knowledge of Retail Business Banking products (SMEs)
- Ability to relate to clients
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Manage a portfolio
- Passion for sales
- Client needs detection
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Mobility to visit clients
- Desired: AMIB certification
