As our User Verification Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of User Verification (KYC) agents, ensuring we welcome our users instantly and securely, so they can start banking with us right away.
You will take ownership of managing User Verification backlogs efficiently, finding gaps in our processes and proposing fixes that boost our operational efficiency, and supporting and motivating your team to reach their KPIs and grow professionally.

In addition, you will need to have proven skills in leading a team of User Verification Agents, a good knowledge of performance management and coaching, and a deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD.
