Join Anduril Industries' AIRS team as a Wire Bonding Technician. This role plays a crucial part in the production of cutting-edge electronic components, contributing to the expansion of Anduril's advanced sensing systems. As a meticulous and skilled individual with demonstrated expertise in wire bonding and microelectronic assembly processes, you will ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Your key responsibilities will include executing complex wire bonding operations, performing microelectronic assembly, interpreting technical documentation, setting up and optimising wire bonding machinery, conducting quality assurance and inspection, troubleshooting and collaborating with technical personnel, and maintaining production standards.
We are seeking a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on experience in wire bonding or microelectronic manufacturing, or equivalent practical skills gained from a technical bootcamp or certification program in a related field. Proven proficiency in various wire bonding techniques and intricate microelectronic assembly is essential. Exceptional manual dexterity and the ability to work consistently and accurately under a microscope for an entire shift are also required.
