As an Engineering Intern at FUCHS, you will provide active support for Kaizen events and Lean manufacturing initiatives. You will assist in maintaining and updating digital performance dashboards, and collaborate closely with departments like IT, quality, and production to align technical deliverables with broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: Assisting in data analysis to track trends and measure the effectiveness of improvement projects Compiling technical reports and updating work instructions Providing problem-solving and presentation skills Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
